昨天（6月20日），国家发改委公布柴油汽油提价1000元/吨后，在中石油、中石化位于昆明北二环、东三环的加油站排队加柴油的车辆缩减了50%以上，而一些民营加油站恢复不限量供应后，前来加柴油的车辆畅通无阻。对此现象，两大成品油公司称市场投放量与本次涨价无关，油企依然亏损。今年2月以来，国内成品油价格批零倒挂矛盾加剧，不少地方炼油厂处于半停产、停产状态，供求矛盾突出。云南成品油市场受此影响，不少社会民营加油站从4月后就陆续停止了柴油供应，两大成品油公司旗下有柴油供应的加油站一直存在排队现象。　　加油车：畅通无阻云南茶叶交易市场附近的一家民营加油站连续半月来一直无油可加，但昨天上午入口处一直悬挂的“暂无柴油”告示牌早已不翼而飞。在站内，4台加油机源源不断地“接待”前来加油的车辆。“今天有柴油，而且不限量。”加油站的一名工作人员说，恢复供油后，前来加柴油的车辆畅通无阻，根本无需排队。在东三环路上的中石油红瓦加油站，昔日排队加柴油的“长龙”已经不见，加油车随到随加。“排队加柴油的车辆倒是少了，但今天过来加汽油的车辆反而比平时多了将近30%。”红瓦加油站的一名负责人说，昨天上午接待的汽油车有140辆左右，比平时多了二三十辆。由于油价上调，很多车主担心新一轮“缺油”来临，纷纷来抢加汽油。但由于解除柴油限量供应的限制和众多民营油站恢复提供柴油，他们油站昨天并没排队加柴油的现象。　　油企：价格上调尚未止亏 “现在的市场销售价格和综合成本还有一定的差距。”昨天，中石化云南分公司和中石油滇中公司的有关负责人接受采访时都表示，成品油上调1000元/吨后，企业还是存在亏损。不过涨价后可刺激炼油厂的积极性，对恢复生产增加成品油产量有所帮助。 “现在0#柴油零售价为6140元/吨，显然和国际油价还有差距，市场销售价还是低于油企的综合成本。”中石化云南分公司的有关负责人表示，目前成品油资源还是偏紧，云南市场的投放量仍保持在12000吨左右。但调整后的价格和从炼油厂到销售环节的成本已基本持平，对提高地方炼油厂的积极性有很大的刺激作用。现在部分地方炼油厂已恢复生产，对社会加油站应该是一个利好消息，对云南成品油供应压力也能起到一定的缓解作用。 “经过两次价格调整，现在和炼油厂成本基本持平，但成本倒挂现象仍然存在。” 中石油滇中公司的相关负责人表示，市场投放量和涨价没有必然关系。涨价是成本倒挂矛盾的必然结果，而市场投放量则要根据市场的实际需求投放，至于后期云南市场的供应量，中石油会根据实际需求情况有序投放。 children with diabetes need to limit sweets reduce the cooking temperature of diabetic patients can reduce the risk of heart disease diabetic patients to provide the recipe - "confused porridge" the hope of diabetes: fruits, vegetables and cereals Eat more vegetables can ease type II diabetes cabbage salad fish beneficial to heart health diabetes, obesity and other patients should not eat honey kelp hard tofu How to eat fruits Jiejie Chan Fresh Shan Yu-glucose diabetes calculation eat The normal blood sugar will Cheong diabetic diet principle is what ?
